Director Biography - Peter Hardy

After working in the theater for many years as an actor, director and playwright, I began to write screenplays in 2020. I've posted eight screenplays on Film Freeway, all of which have won multiple awards from film festivals around the world. My first film, LATE SLEEPER, has won more than 30 film festival awards. This is my second completed film, the first with recorded dialogue.

Director Statement

I found a location I liked and wrote this story for it. A simple idea for some Hitchcockian suspense and irony. (A friend has also pointed out it seems to have some BLOW UP influence as well.) It only took a couple of hours to shoot on my iPhone, but I spent a lot more time working on the soundtrack.
