Family patriarch Symcha Zweifler (Mike Burstyn) wants to sell his delicatessen empire when suddenly he is being confronted with his past in Frankfurt's red light district. Things get worse when Symcha's grandson Samuel and his girlfriend Saba are expecting a son. A tragic-comic search for meaning of life begins.

Between Frankfurt and Berlin, two cities as vibrant as New York can be, this contemporary tale of a Jewish family tells the story of the inheritance of the family delicatessen between three, soon to be four, generations of Zweiflers. Led by an incredible ensemble cast, the series shows how the past of some and the future of others come to clash, for the greatest joy of the audience.

With: Mike Burstyn (Kuni Lemel, The Komediant), Sunnyi Melles (Triangle of Sadness), Aaron Altaras (Unorthodox), Mark Ivanir (Schindler's List) and more...
