On the banks of a freshwater Patagonian lake, Alicia and her grandmother fill their days of solitude with a curious study of dance that centers feeling over conventional form. When their serenity is interrupted by the return of Alicia’s mother who suffers an unnamed disease that leaves her non-verbal and childlike, the balance of their duality shifts to a mystic trio. The mysterious landscape of their secluded home begins to unveil its secrets as the three women seek to find balance and trust between each other once again. -LD

Director bio:

Marlene Grinberg is an Argentine director and screenwriter. She has been working in the film industry since 2012. Her short films include "Mi reina" (Punta del Este Film Festival), "Hoy empieza otra vez" (Bafici, La mujer y el cine) and "Todas mis Lolas" (Marché du film, Primeiro Plano Brasil). She also co-directed the documentary "Me gusta cuando hablas" (Fidba). "Three Times (Tres tiempos)" is her debut feature film.
