Director bio: Marion Forbes is a filmmaker, interdisciplinary artist, designer, educator, and owner of Hazelnut Entertainment. With Hazelnut Entertainment, Marion’s first short film, Timbre, was a Student Academy Award Semi-Finalist in 2021 and two of her previous short films are now streaming on iNDIEFLIX. Marion was a producing fellow with New Orleans Film Society’s Southern Producers Lab in 2023.
