These are all the passes tied to your account. Now, to reserve your seat at each event that accompanies your pass, log in and use our online schedule to reserve tickets.  For the VIP Badgeholders only, after you reserve events you will also turn in your digital badge for your physical badge and lanyard at the Welcome VIP Lounge when you arrive festival week. The VIP Lounge is located at the New York Deli next to the Byrd Theatre in Carytown: check in hours Tues-Sat 1:30pm-7pm and Sun 2-4pm. You can access your tickets via {{my_tickets_link|"My Tickets"}} or via the PDFs attached to each ticket order confirmation email. All Audience voting takes place through your online individual ticket. {{buy_pass_link|Looking to buy more passes?}}    

These are all your purchased tickets. Open this page on your phone, and at the door tap the "Show Barcode" button and show your screen to the attendant. Prefer paper? Print the PDF attached to the order confirmation email, or click one of the gears below and select "Download tickets PDF". If purchasing multiple tickets, be sure to print or show each unique ticket barcode.
