It is smog season in Lahore Pakistan. Sonia is 25-years old and 8 months pregnant. She is late for her doctor's appointment and is trying to grab a rickshaw as she is low on cash. When she manages to hail a rickshaw, the driver looks at her with perverted eyes.

She refuses the ride and decides to get on the local city bus. On the bus, she is sandwiched between an ocean of male shoulders, arms and heads. She is extremely uncomfortable. She sees Masood, a harmless looking man, sitting a few rows down preparing his son for school. She decides to walk over and ask Masood for a seat.
