Chad puts on the princess dress, picks up the cupcakes and watches his day collapse, one humiliation at a time. Max convinces his friend Joy to join him in getting a cosmetic procedure and then hiding away in Palm Springs over the holidays to convalesce. And Jules and Mimi welcome an adorable cat into their home, only to discover that his preferred food is human.
Minutes before a job interview, high-strung Winona turns to 'ornithomancy', the ancient art of reading omens from birds, to guide his life choices. Determining that a bird flying left means 'no' and flying right as 'yes'. While phone calls from his boyfriend, family, and roommate collide with his spiraling interview anxiety, Winona’s reality begins to unravel in absurd and surreal ways.
