In the ancestral territory of the Wuikinuxv Nation, grizzly bears gather each fall beneath ancient crabapple trees in Rivers Inlet, BC. Once tended by generations of Wuikinuxv families, these orchards are now being restored through a community-led effort guided by Guardians. Land of the Hamaca follows this renewal of land and relationship, as people and bears return to a shared harvest shaped by resilience, memory, and care.
