A short dark comedy about a man and his wisecracking dog who take in a down on his luck mannequin head. As charity gives way to a blossoming relationship, a jealous rift thrusts the trio into a tragic spiral proving that nothing comes between a man and his best friend.


About the Director:

Jacob grew up in Central Illinois. He studied Film at Southern Illinois University and Columbia College Chicago where he graduated with a BA in Film Production. After graduating, he moved to Los Angeles where he lived for 6 years, working in digital media distribution for Deluxe and Paramount Pictures. Jacob and his now-wife, Rebecca (a Sisters High School graduate), relocated to Central Oregon in April 2017. Since arriving in Bend, Jacob has shifted his focus to being behind the camera and producing his own content.
