Unemployed and aimless, Courtney spends most of her time at the window of her upstairs apartment. One hot summer day, she notices a car parked across the street with the driver inside, erratically flashing the lights. She grows curious about the driver and involves her friend and confidant, Russell. Together, they begin to investigate the mysterious car and discover that simply unmasking the driver's nefarious plans won't change a thing.
