After receiving a hookup text, Riley, a closeted bisexual man arrives at a home in East Vancouver to discover the man dead of an overdose. When Riley returns home, he suppresses the morbid news when he encounters his girlfriend Ellie in the middle of an unrelated panic attack. When Ellie sexually initiates to self-soothe, Riley is confronted by memories of his initial connection with Felix and an old omen with newfound meaning.
