Chew Toy is a darkly comedic psychological drama about a pregnant couple whose already-tense lives begin to spiral when they’re tormented by the nonstop barking of their neighbor’s dog. What starts as a petty nuisance quickly festers into an all-consuming obsession, revealing cracks in their relationship and unearthing deeper fears about parenthood, and unresolved trauma.

As the couple navigates sleepless nights, and mounting emotional exhaustion, their once-stable moral compass begins to wobble. Boundaries blur between right and wrong, sanity and delusion, as the barking becomes a metaphor for everything they can’t express, and everything they’ve tried to suppress.

This is a story for anyone who's ever felt one bad day away from snapping, an unflinching look at the fragile line between composure and chaos, and how easy it is to cross.
