Sam Cornell, a young crisis manager for tech start up UVisit, has been tasked with cleaning up the fallout from a sexual assault scandal that threatens to undo a multi-million dollar deal. As she tries her best to contain the story while still supporting the uncooperative victim of a horrific crime, Sam unwittingly becomes a pawn in a deadly game set by a shadowy, all-powerful organization with vast resources. Trapped between a dark past and increasingly uncertain future, Sam has no choice but to take part in a wide-reaching, violent conspiracy to bring down UVisit and its investors.
