A gay Salvadorian filmmaker confronts his insomnia and traumatic memories from his youth to explore the difficult path toward self-acceptance through recreations of his past with the help of a choreographer and a film crew.


Director bio:

Rodrigo Dada is a Salvadoran photographer, director and cinematographer based in Mexico City. He studied Communications in Paris, holds a Master’s in Conceptual Photography from EFTI Madrid, and a degree in Cinematography from the CCC. His work spans photography, visual art, fiction and documentary. He has exhibited internationally, including a solo exhibition at MARTE in El Salvador.
