Lyndria, 13, and sister, Kelly, play I Spy walking home from the store. A grown man catcalls Lyndria even after learning her age. It sends her into a spiral of self-loathing that her mother helps her repair. Director bio: Nicole Collins is an award-winning filmmaker, actor, storyteller, and mother. She is a 2025 Top 10 winner of the Tyler Perry Studios Dream Collective, among other honors. Her acting credits include "Criminal Minds," "Treme," "12 Years a Slave," and "Carry On." Nicole recently returned to theater as Corinna in "Primary Trust" and Rowena in "Gankin' Mr. Guidry." Her creative works centers liberation.

Citizenship Test is a dark comedy about an Americanized immigrant who's dragged through an absurd and byzantine immigration system that makes her question everything she used to believe about the USA. Director bio: Alejandro de los Rios is an award-winning Cuban-Venezuelan writer and filmmaker based in New Orleans. He is the Virtuous Video Producer for NOVAC and has directed narrative and documentary shorts, documentary features and music videos that highlight the city’s rich cultural traditions. His narrative work examines the Latino immigrant experience through a darkly comedic lens.

Director bio: Clayton Nepveux III is a New Orleans born filmmaker and visual artist based in Los Angeles. With a background in major studio and independent film productions, he creates concept driven films that draw on myth, regional storytelling, and the psychology of power.

When a lonely divorcée's reclusive neighbor steals her black cat because he believes it's his late wife reincarnated, their bitter feud gives way to an unlikely connection. Director bio: Alicia is an award-winning screenwriter, filmmaker, and actor based in New Orleans. "Waikiki" marks her directorial debut. Her feature screenplay "I Love Wuhan" won the Palm Springs International Screenplay Awards Diversity Contest and was a finalist in multiple competitions. By day, she works on the marketing team at Kino Lorber, championing independent and international cinema.
