In a rural Japanese town, a cinema specializing in gay adult films serves as a gathering place for the LGBTQ+ community. There, two gay men meet: one works as a drag queen in a small cabaret, while the other conceals his sexuality in his everyday life. "Isn't this the story you chose?" In a country where LGBTQ+ diversity is acknowledged but same-sex marriage remains illegal, their lives intersect. (All actors are amateur gay individuals.)

Alex and Sofia are young girls discovering their sexual identities. Sofia gets is bored wants to go looking for trouble. They meet up with some skater boys to smoke weed. A couple of men pull up to the skate park in their car blasting punk music. Sofia is intrigued and drags Alex to come along with her. The girls find themselves in their backseat drinking. The driver pulls over and shotguns a hit of weed into Sofia's mouth. As Alex watches, her mind goes into a nightmare vision of Sofia having sex with the driver. Alex snaps out of this and men drive to a desolate field at night. Sofia runs off and leaves Alex alone with the other man with as their fate is sealed and their innocence lost.
