Director Corinna Hunziker (Ngāpuhi) and co-producer Megan Jones are award-winning filmmakers who created "No Māori Allowed." Both bring lived experience of domestic abuse and mental health advocacy. Co-producer Stacey Murdoch (Ngāi Tahu) worked on Sundance winner "Prime Minister.
