Director bio:

Bisan is a 26-year-old Palestinian filmmaker and director based in Gaza, who has documented daily life there for five years. She created “Hakawatiya,” a TV and social media program exploring Gaza’s communities, culture and heritage. She has worked with Roya TV, Al Jazeera and Al Arabiya, producing documentaries during the genocide. Her work has received an Emmy Award and a Peabody Award.
